Warranty Information
Shot Tec Hockey Training Device is warranted against defects in material and workmanship while owned by the "original purchaser" as defined below.
"Original purchaser" is defined as that party or entity which purchases Shot Tec Hockey Training Device from an authorized Shot Tec retailer as shown by the original Shot Tec Inc. Sales receipt.
Shot Tec Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship (normal wear and tear, fading and scratches is excepted), for six months from the date of purchase, except as provided below under the limited warranty.
The exceptions or exclusions to this warranty are as follows:
1. Mechanical device is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of six months, beginning on the date of purchase as shown on the original Shot Tec Inc. sales receipt.
2. Any warranty claim that is submitted after the limited warranty period or without proper proof of purchase will not be honoured.
3. This warranty shall not apply to the Shot Tec products, which have been subjected to misuse, neglect, alteration, modification, or attachments, either caused by the original purchaser, shipping, storage, accident, fire, flood, or acts of God.
In the event of a defect in material or workmanship covered by this warranty, Shot Tec Inc. will repair or replace, at its discretion, without charge, warranted products in a reasonable period of time. Shot Tec Inc. reserves the right to require the damaged unit to be returned to Shot Tec Inc. upon request. Normal usage markings, such as scratches, chips, scrapes and color variations, will be considered normal characteristics and not construed as defects. Shot Tec Inc. does not warrant against any damage or malfunction caused by misuse of the product, such as use in outdoor extreme weather (such as snow, rain or ice). The purchaser is cautioned that the Shot Tec hockey training device unit is not water proof or water resistant.
For claims or questions concerning this warranty, please contact Shot Tec Inc. customer service department at www.shottec.com. Be prepared to provide your name, address, and daytime phone number, the model and purchase order number of the product, date of purchase, and the store where it was purchased. Shot Tec Inc. requires that the original sales receipt be submitted with all requests to confirm that you are the original purchaser according to our written warranty.
This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from country to country.
